Robin Earleywine
CEO/CFO
Robin earned a Paralegal Certificate and worked as a paralegal before starting Surecut. She grew up in Tuscumbia, MO. Having grown up in the lake area she saw the need for a lawn business at the Lake of the Ozarks. She and her husband started mowing on weekends and when they built up their client base they both went full time into the business. They have now grown Surecut Lawncare to two locations and over thirty employees. Robin and Kirk have been married for over twenty years and have 2 children, Reese and Kohen.
Kirk Earleywine
Director of Operations
Kirk was a heavy equipment operator for ten years before he and his wife Robin started Surecut Lawncare. He spent the majority of his life in mid-Missouri. Kirk is responsible for the creative aspects of landscape design as well as the fundamental logistics of implementation and execution. He has managed Surecut for over 16 years and oversees all major projects. Kirk and Robin have been married for over twenty years. Together, they have two children, Reese and Kohen.
Tim Bergmann
Director of Operations
Tim brings over 25 years of turf management experience. He gained most of his knowledge from managing and running project implementation and outdoor design within the golf industry. He joined the Surecut team in 2015. When Tim is not directing our landscaping and mowing teams, he is consulting and designing outdoor spaces for our customers.
Tim and his wife, Jodi have two children, Tony and Emma.
Nick Bergmann
Irrigation Division Manager
Nick is married to JoAnn and has two daughters Annabelle and Alex. He has lived in St. Charles County his entire life. He understands the difficult challenges the Midwest climate brings. Nick has been in the construction/landscape business his entire career. Approximately 12 years ago he turned his focus to irrigation. He is backflow certified. He can help you design an irrigation system to best suit your home or business, in addition, he can also help you with the best options to light up your house and landscape.
Brad Cato
Lake Area Manager
Brad was raised on a farm in mid-Missouri, so he knows about hard work. Prior to joining the Surecut Lawncare team, Brad was a commercial pilot. After his career in the air, he opted to come back down to earth to settle down in his hometown of Eldon, MO. He comes to us with over seven years of managerial experience. Brad and his fiancé Holly enjoy spending time with their two grandkids and their dogs.
